It’s so easy to Top-up your Tuxedo MasterCard® Prepaid Card and eccount.

At High Street Bank Branches, PayPoint locations and Post Office Branches

Topping-up your Tuxedo Card and eccount with cash is free at over 2,000 high street bank branches using your Tuxedo paying-in book (please call Customer Care to request this). You can also use cash to Top-up at over 19,500 retail locations nationwide displaying the PayPoint logo (3% fee) or at over 14,500 Post Office branches (for 99p). Top-up Card at The Post Office and PayPoint

Contact Customer Care to order an additional free Top-up Card. Hand it to a friend / family member and they will be able to Top-up your Tuxedo Card at Post Office branches and PayPoint locations.

Receive your Wages/Benefits

You can Top-up your Tuxedo Card by having your wages / benefit payment made directly into your eccount. Please log in to your eccount online and see the ‘Salary/Wage Payment Form’ under the 'Top-up' tab for further details

Transferring from abroad

If you’re transferring funds from abroad, your bank may ask you to quote the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code). Contact Customer Care to send you the details.
